Baja Property Management is a full-service property management company. We handle every aspect of the rental process on behalf of the owner — from housekeeping and maintenance to listing management and guest support — offering a hands-off, worry-free experience.

Airbnb, on the other hand, is a booking platform. It allows properties to be listed and reservations to be made, but it does not take part in the daily operations or contribute directly to a property’s performance.

At Baja Property Management, we use Airbnb as one of several platforms to promote the homes we manage, along with other major booking sites like Booking.com, Expedia, and Marriott Homes & Villas, to ensure each property receives maximum exposure.

Our base rate starts at 20% of monthly revenue. If you choose the full-service management package, there is an additional monthly operating fee starting at US $175. Commission rates and monthly fees may vary based on property size, location, and specific needs.
